MINODES

With financial support by the European Regional Development Fund, MiNODES is working on a project to improve the accuracy and efficiency of using wifi-based positioning systems in retail store environments.

In the course of this project, we already have optimized our data processing pipeline for scalability, improved the accuracy of our positioning algorithms significantly and automated the installation and monitoring of our sensor networks.

Further goals of this project are additional improvements to the accuracy of the positioning algorithms through enhanced pre- and post-processing of the data and increasing the robustness of the sensor networks.

Mithilfe der finanziellen Förderung aus dem Europäischen Fonds für regionale Entwicklung haben wir das Projekt “Verbesserung der Genauigkeit und Effizienz der Messverfahren zur Positionsbestimmung über WLAN in Geschäftsräumen” realisiert.

Bereits erreicht haben wir eine Optimierung der Datenverarbeitungs-Pipeline für Skalierbarkeit, eine signifikante Steigerung der Genauigkeit der Positionsbestimmungs-Algorithmen und die Automatisierung der Installation und des Monitorings der Sensor-Netzwerke.

Weitere Ziele sind eine zusätzliche Steigerung der Genauigkeit der Positionsbestimmung durch stärkere Vor- und Nachbearbeitung der Daten und die Erhöhung der Robustheit der Sensor-Netzwerke.
